Glebe House is an Empowered Workplace.

Over the last 18 months, Glebe House has collaborated with the Workplace Health Officers at Leicestershire County Council to improve employee wellbeing, and to develop the organisation into becoming a healthier place to work.

During this time we have trained and appointed 5 Mental Health First Aiders, a Menopause Champion, and have introduced an Employee Assistance Programme to ensure staff feel supported with their wellbeing.

Glebe House has now achieved the highest level of accreditation – Empowered! We are the third organisation to achieve this, and the first in our sector. This is a result of months of hard work and we couldn’t have done it without all of our staff.
